We take online Appointments Sunday - Wednesday from 11:15am - 10pm & Thursday - Saturday from 11:15am - 4pm.

We unfortunately do not accept online Appointments for groups of 7 or more, but we do accept Appointment Requests. Keep scrolling for more information on booking your large group.


LARGE PARTY APPOINTMENT REQUESTS

For all Appointments of 7 guests or more, we kindly request that you submit an Appointment request. Please review the following information, and if all is agreeable, complete our Request Form. All requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, and we will get in touch to let you know if we can accommodate your Appointment or not. GENERAL INFORMATION

• Appointments are for groups of 7 guests or more, for seating on our OUTDOOR PATIO ONLY.

• Due to peak business, we do NOT accept large party Appointments for Friday & Saturday after 3pm. 

• Booked Appointments require a deposit, in the form of a Gift Card, loaded based on $5/person. deposits must be given within 24 hours of approval and booking.

• Booked Appointments require a tab / spending minimum of $25/person, accumulatively, before the deposit Gift Card or a service tip is applied. (Ex = A group of 20 guests must have a tab of $500, before the deposit is applied.)

• There is a limit to the amount of separate checks we can accommodate based on the party size.

  • Groups of 9 guests or less may have unlimited separate checks.

  • Groups of 10 - 20 guests are limited to no more than 4 separate checks.

  • Groups of 20 - 30 guests are limited to no more than 2 separate checks.

  • Groups of more than 30 guests may only have 1 check.

• Booked Appointments can bring their own bottles of wine, or cake, however we do have Corkage & Cakeage fees. Contact us if you have any questions about these fees.

• We kindly request that all booked Appointments arrive on time, with all guests present in order to be seated. Tables will be held no more than 10 minutes past the Appointment time.

APPROVED APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• If your Appointment is approved, we require an Appointment deposit to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied in the form of a loaded Gift Card, at $5 / person. Gift Cards will be held at Colton’s until the time of your Appointment, and then provided to you, to either apply to your Appointment tab or use for a future visit. If your Appointment is approved, we require that a deposit is provided within 24 hours.

• When you have booked an Appointment, and end up needing to cancel, we request that you kindly cancel with at least 3 days notice. We often bring on additional staffing to accommodate large party Appointments, and notice allows us to make adjustments. It also gives us time to try and book another Appointment in your place.

• If your cancellation is completed with more than 3 days notice, the deposit gift card will be available for you to pick-up at any time, no penalty. However, if you have to cancel your Appointment with less than 3 days notice, a cancellation fee will be applied. The fee will be applied at $1/person, and it will be deducted from your deposit gift card. Once the cancellation fee has been processed, your deposit gift card will be available to be picked up at any time.

• Should poor weather, like rain, make it impossible for us to seat an Appointment on our patio, we will do everything we can to accommodate the Appointment inside. In the unlikely event that we cannot honor an Appointment booking for weather purposes, we will communicate that with as much notice as possible.
