At Colton's Social House, we refer to our reservations as "Appointments" because we believe that dining with us is more than just a meal—it's a socially therapeutic experience. As a social house, our goal is to create an environment where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy meaningful moments together, much like a wellness appointment for the soul. By using the term "appointments," we emphasize our commitment to providing not just great food, but also an atmosphere that nourishes social well-being.

SMALL GROUP BOOKINGS

We accept online Appointment for up to 6 guests. Click the button below to check our available times.

Online booked Appointments are available Sunday through Wednesday from 11:15am to 10pm, & Thursday through Saturday from 11:15am to 4pm.

If your preferred date or time is unavailable, we still encourage you to join us as a walk-in!

For groups of 7 or more, online Appointments are not available, but you can submit a large group request. Please refer to our large group request section for more details.

LARGE GROUP REQUESTS

For groups of 7 or more, we kindly ask that you submit a Large Group Appointment Request. Please review the information below, and if everything is agreeable, complete our Request Form.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Appointments for Groups of 7+
All Appointments for groups of 7 or more are available for seating on our outdoor patio only.
Peak Business Restrictions
Due to peak business demand, we do not accept large group Appointments on Fridays or Saturdays after 3 PM.
Deposit Requirement
Approved Appointments require a deposit in the form of a gift card, loaded at $5 per person. The deposit must be provided within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Spending Minimum
Large group Appointments require a minimum tab of $25 per person before applying the deposit or service tip. (For example, a group of 20 guests must have a tab of at least $500 before the deposit is applied.)
Separate Check Limit
We can accommodate separate checks based on the size of your party:
- Groups of 9 or fewer: Unlimited separate checks.
- Groups of 10-20: Up to 4 separate checks.
- Groups of 21-30: Up to 2 separate checks.
- Groups of more than 30: 1 check only.
Outside Wine & Cake
Guests may bring their own wine or cake, but corkage and cakeage fees apply. Please contact us for details.
Arrival Time
We kindly request that all guests arrive on time, with all party members present in order to be seated. Tables will only be held for up to 10 minutes past the Appointment time.

APPROVED APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit Information
If your Appointment is approved, we require a deposit to secure the booking in the form of a loaded gift card at $5 per person. This gift card will be held at Colton's until your Appointment date and will be given to you during your visit to either apply to your tab or use for a future visit. Deposits must be provided within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your Appointment, we ask that you do so with at least 3 days’ notice. Large group bookings often require us to bring in extra staff, and proper notice allows us to make adjustments or accommodate another party.
- Cancellation with 3 Days Notice
  If you cancel with more than 3 days’ notice, your deposit gift card will be available for pickup at any time, with no penalty.
- Cancellation with Less than 3 Days Notice
  If you cancel with less than 3 days’ notice, a cancellation fee of $1 per person will be deducted from your deposit gift card. Once the fee is processed, the remaining balance will be available for pickup.
Weather-Related Cancellations
In the event of poor weather, such as rain, that makes it impossible for us to accommodate your Appointment on the patio, we will do our best to find alternative indoor seating. Should we be unable to accommodate the Appointment due to weather, we will provide as much notice as possible.

I confirm that if my Appointment is approved, a deposit will be required to secure the Appointment within 24 hours of approval. And that the Appointment deposit will be processed in the form of a loaded Colton's Gift Card, at $5/person that will be held at Colton's until the time of my booking.

CANCELLATION AGREEMENT

I confirm that if I cancel my Appointment with more than 3 days notice, my Gift Card deposit will not be subject to a Cancellation Fee, and it will be available to pick up from the restaurant at any time. I confirm that if I cancel my reservation with less than 3 days notice, a cancellation fee of $1/person will be deducted from my Gift Card deposit.

I acknowledge that I must arrive on time, with guests present in order to be seated, and that tables will be held no more than 10 minutes past the Appointment time.

I acknowledge that my booking has a required tab / spending minimum of $25/person, accumulatively, before the deposit Gift Card is applied.

I acknowledge that, if booked, I must request my Gift Card deposit when checking in for my Appointment. Should I not request it, and it ends up not being applied to my bill, it can not retroactively be applied, instead the Gift Card will need to be used on a future visit.
