At Colton’s, our Social Experiment began before we opened to the public, beginning with dinners where our first customers, or who we called Early Adopters, offered feedback to help us develop our Menu. We transitioned into BetaMode when we officially opened in the summer of 2016, and continued to solicit feedback from our customers, who then became what we called Beta-Tasters. Over time our Social Experiment has continued, with Beta-Tasting, where our customers, if willing, continue to offer us feedback.
